July 24, 2019 PROCLAMATION NO. 772 CREATING ANDDESIGNATING A BUILDING AND THE PARCEL OF LAND ON WHICH IT STANDS, LOCATED ALONG ALABANG ZAPOTE ROAD, ALMANZA UNO, LAS PIAS CITY, AS A SPECIAL ECONOMICZONE (INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER),PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO.7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO.8748 Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, or the "Special Economic Zone Act of 1995," as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE , President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, PEZA Board of Directors Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution Nos. 11-066 (s. 2011), 15-240 (s. 2015) and 17-242 (s. 2017) and Resolution No. 16-133 (s. 2016) as amended by Resolution No. 18-578 (s. 2018), as a Special Economic Zone (Information Technology Center) ,to be known as South Tower ,with a gross floor area of Seventy Six Thousand Five Hundred Eleven and Fourteen Hundredths square meters (76,511.14 m 2 ) more or less, located along Alabang Zapote Road, Almanza Uno, Las Pias City with a lot area of Eleven Thousand Nine Hundred Two square meters (11,902 m 2 ) ,more or less, defined by the following technical description: aScITE Portion of Lot 1, Swo-9823 A parcel of land covered by TCT No. T-42455, being a portion of Lot 1 of the special work order plan Swo-9823, situated in the Barrio of Almanza, Las Pias City, Metro Manila, Island of Luzon.
