January 24, 2005 PROCLAMATION NO. 766 CREATINGAND DESIGNATING A PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY DIEZMO, MUNICIPALITY OF CABUYAO, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA, TO FORM PART OF THE EXISTING LIGHTINDUSTRY AND SCIENCE PARK 1 SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7 91 6 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8 74 8 Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, as amended by Republic Act No. 8748, and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate as part of the Light Industry and Science Park 1 Special Economic Zone, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and Resolution No. 04-314 dated 11 October 2004 of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), a parcel of land located at the Municipality of Cabuyao, Province of Laguna, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-267088 under the name of PLI Properties, Inc., consisting of an area of Four Thousand Two Hundred Nine (4,209) Square Meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description: Lot 2 Pcs-043404-006821 A parcel of Land (Lot 2 of the consolidation and subdivision plan, Pcs-043404-006821, being a portion of the consolidation of lots 1 & 2, Blk. 9, Psd-04-044274 LRC Rec. No.); situated in the Brgy. Diezmo, Mun. of Cabuyao, Prov. of Laguna. Bounded on the NW., along line 1-2 by Lot 1 of the cons. subd. Plan; on the NE., along line 2-3 by Lot 6 (easement), Blk. 9, Psd-04-044274; on the SE., along line 3-4 by Lot 3 of the cons.- subd. Plan; on the SW., along lines 4-5-1 by Service Road (10.00 m. wide). Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, begin N. 10 deg. 24' W., 1696.84 m. from Mon.
