January 5, 2004 PROCLAMATION NO. 525 CREATINGAND DESIGNATING A PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY PULONG STA. CRUZ, MUNICIPALITY OF STA. ROSA, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA, ISLAND OF LUZON, AS PART OF THE TOYOTA STA. ROSA (LAGUNA) SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7 91 6 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8 74 8 Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, as amended, and, upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate as part of Toyota Sta. Rosa (Laguna) Special Economic Zone, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and Resolution No. 03-303 dated 21 November 2003 of the PEZA Board of Directors, a parcel of land located in the Barangay of Pulong Sta. Cruz, Municipality of Sta. Rosa, Province of Laguna, consisting of THIRTY NINE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FORTY FOUR (39,144) SQUARE METERS, more or less, as defined by the following technical description: HcaDTE Lot 2037-D-1 (LRA) Psd-375888 A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 2037-D-1 of the subdivision plan (LRA) Psd-375888 approved as a non-subdivision project, being a portion of Lot 2037-D, Psd-38569; LRC Record No. 8375), situated in the Barrio of Pulong Sta. Cruz, Municipality of Sta. Rosa, Province of Laguna, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the N., and E., points 7 to 8 and 8 to 1, by Lot 2037-D-2; on the E., points 1 to 2, by Lot 2037-D-3; both of the subdivision plan; on the SE., and SW., points 2 to 6, by Creek; and on the SW., points 6 to 7 by Lot 1964, Bian Estate. Beginning at point marked "1" on plan, being N. 48 deg. 03' E., 1904.17 m. from Mon. No. 42, Sta. Rosa Estate; thence S. 04 deg. 42' E., 35.15 m. to point 2; thence S. 64 deg. 48' W., 60.86 m., to point 3; thence N. 74 deg. 47' W., 33.20 m. to point 4; thence N. 83 deg. 04' W., 60.40 m. to point 5; thence S. 18 deg. 44' W., 41.40 m. to point 6; thence N. 14 deg. 47' W., 251.26 m. to point 7; thence N. 89 deg. 27' E., 195.97 m. to point 8; thence S. 09 deg. 04' E., 162.69 m. to the point of beginning, containing an area of THIRTY NINE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FORTY FOUR (39,144) SQUARE METERS, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground as follow: points 3 to 6, by Old points and the rest by P.S. cyl. conc. mons. 15x60 cm; bearings true; date of Original Survey, February 17May 15, 1913 and that of the subdivision survey, executed by Jacobo G. Fesalbon, Geodetic Engineer, on February 8, 2003.
