December 17, 2003 PROCLAMATION NO. 519 RESERVING FOR THE USE OF THE BUREAU OF CUSTOMS, PORT OF PULUPANDAN A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN LOCATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PULUPANDAN, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL, ISLAND OF NEGROS Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or any other forms of disposition, and reserve for use of the Bureau of Customs, Port of Pulupandan, under the administration of the Bureau of Customs, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain, located at Barangay Zone 5, Pulupandan, Negros Occidental, Island of Negros, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows: Ng-06-000026 A PARCEL OF LAND (Ng-06-000026) (proposed reservation for the Bureau of Customs Port of Pulupandan) situated in Poblacion, Municipality of Pulupandan, Province of Negros Occidental, Island of Negros. Bounded on the NE, along line 12 by Lot 1179-B, along line 23 by Lot 1177, on the SE., along line 34 by Public Land, all of Valladolid Cad. 42., along line 45 by MLA-06-03-002809; on the SW., along 56 by Public Land (claimed by Philippine Ports Authority); on NW., along line 67 by Road (15.00 meters wide); and on the NE., along line 7-1 by Lot 1179-A, Valladolid Cad 42. Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan being N. 57 deg. 20 W, 680.43 meters from BLLM No. 2, Cad 42, Valladolid cadastre to corner "1" thence. THaDEA S. 31 deg 46' E, 33.94 m. to point 2; S. 43 deg 56' E, 27.93 m. to point 3; S. 40 deg 45' W, 11.84 m. to point 4; S. 34 deg 40' W, 2.07 m. to point 5; N. 50 deg 00' W, 71.57 m. to point 6; N. 37 deg 35' E, 31.74 m. to point 7; S. 31 deg 46' E, 13.54 m. to point of beginning containing an area of ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED (1,500) square meters, more or less. All corners referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground as follows: point 1 & 2 by Old Points and the rest by PS. Cycl. Mons. 15x40 cm. Bearings true, surveyed by Engr. Gonzalo C. Robles on August 22, 1997, and approved on September 4, 1998. The parcel of land herein reserved shall be non-alienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale, lease, or other disposition until again declared alienable by Proclamation of the President.
