April 3, 2018 PROCLAMATION NO. 462 DESIGNATING APARCEL OF LAND LOCATED IN CANLUBANG, CALAMBA CITY, LAGUNA, FOR INCLUSION TO THE EXISTING CARMELRAYINDUSTRIAL PARK I-SPECIAL ECONOMICZONE, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO.7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO.8748 Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (R.A.) No. 7916, otherwise known as the "Special Economic Zone Act of 1995," as amended by R.A. No. 8748, and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE , President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby designate, subject to the provisions of R.A.
