January 26, 1989 PROCLAMATION NO. 362 DECLARING THE 24TH OF APRIL OF EVERY YEAR AS DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE FOUNDATION DAY WHEREAS, April 24 is recognized as the foundation day of the Department of Finance; casia WHEREAS, it is but appropriate to commemorate the founding date of the Department of Finance by declaring that date as the Department of Finance Foundation Day; NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare the 24th of April of every year as Department of Finance Foundation Day. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed. DONE in the City of Manila, this 26th day of January, in the year of Our Lord, Nineteen Hundred and Eighty-Nine.
