August 9, 2017 PROCLAMATION NO. 284 CREATINGAND DESIGNATING A BUILDING WHICH STANDS ON A PARCEL OF LANDLOCATED AT A.S. FORTUNA CORNER P. REMEDIO STREET, BANILAD, MANDAUECITY, CEBU, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO.7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO.8748 Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, otherwise known as the "Special Economic Zone Act of 1995," as amended by RA No. 8748 and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE , President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution Nos. 11-066 (s. 2011) and 15-240 (s. 2015) and Resolution No. 16-001 (s. 2016) of the PEZA Board of Directors, as an Information Technology (IT) Center to be known as The Space , with a gross floor area of Fourteen Thousand Six Hundred Seventy Six Square Meters (14,676 m 2 ) , which stands on a parcel of land located at A.S. Fortuna corner P. Remedio Street, Banilad, Mandaue City, Cebu, with an area of Three Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty Two Square Meters (3,922 m 2 ) , more or less , as defined by the following technical description: Lot 347-B, Psd-07-085640 A parcel of land covered by TCT no. 111-2014002741 (Lot 347-B of the subdivision plan, Psd-07-085640, being a portion of Lot 347, HDA Mandaue, II-5121 Amd.), situated in the Barangay of Banilad, City of Mandaue, Province of Cebu, Island of Cebu. Bounded on the NE., along line 1-2 by Lot 350; along line 2-3 by Lot 348; on the SE., along line 3-4 by Lot 345, all HDA Mandaue, II-5121 Amd.; on the SW., along lines 4-5-6-7-8 by Lot 347-A; and on the NW., along line 8-1 by Lot 347-C (Road), both of the subdivision plan.
