September 15, 2011 PROCLAMATION NO. 252 CREATING AND DESIGNATING AN EXISTING BUILDING TO BE KNOWN AS SM CITY ROSARIO I.T. CENTER ESTABLISHED ON A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED AT BARANGAY TEJERO, ROSARIO, CAVITE, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC A CT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 87 48 Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916,otherwise known as the "Special Economic Zone Act of 1995," as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution Nos. 05-341 (s. 2005) and Resolution No. 08-445 (s. 2008), and Resolution No. 10-543 (s. 2010) of the PEZA Board of Directors, the SM City Rosario I.T. Center with a gross floor area of 57,559 square meters, more or less, established on a parcel of land located at Barangay Tejero, Rosario, Cavite, containing an area of FIFTY FOUR THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY NINE (54,889) SQUARE METERS, more or less, as defined by the following technical description: TCT No. 057-2010000262 Block 01 PCS-04-020630 A parcel of land (Block 01 of the cons.-subd. plan PCS-04-020630, being a portion of the cons. of Lot 2, PCS-04-020406 & Lot 2, Psd-04-170824, LRC Rec. No.), situated in the Barangay Tejero, Municipality of Rosario, Province of Cavite, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the NE., along line 1-2 by easement; on the SE., along line 2-3 by Rd. Lot 2; on the SW., along lines 3-4-5 by Rd. Lot 8; & on the NW., along lines 5-6-1 by Rd. Lot 1, all of the cons-subd. plan. Beginning at a pt. marked "1" on plan, being N. 36-1 W., 734.04 M from Mon. No. 115, San Francisco de Malabon Estate; thence N. 16 deg. 41' E., 160.99 m. to point 2; thence S. 73 deg. 26' W., 338.34 m. to point 3; thence N. 61 deg. 34' W., 4.00 m. to point 4; thence N. 16 deg. 34' W., 155.33 m. to point 5; thence N. 28 deg. 26' E., 4.00 m. to point 6; thence N. 73 deg. 26' E., 338.00 m. to the point of beginning; containing an area of Fifty Four Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty Nine (54,889) Square Meters .
