July 12, 2002 PROCLAMATION NO. 221 CREATING AND DESIGNATING A PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ROSARIO, PROVINCE OF CAVITE, AS SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE TO BE ANNEXED TO THE CAVITE ECONOMIC ZONE PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7 91 6 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC A C T NO. 8 74 8 Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone of 1995, as amended by Republic Act No. 8748 and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and Resolution No. 01-262 dated 27 September 2001 of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, an area in Municipality of Rosario, Province of Cavite, as special economic zone to be annexed to the Cavite Economic Zone, consisting of TWENTY SEVEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY SEVEN (27,987) SQUARE METERS, more or less, as defined by the following technical description: LOT 1487, T.C.T.
