December 17, 1987 PROCLAMATION NO. 198 RESERVING FOR BUILDING SITE PURPOSES OF THE DEVELOPMENT BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES A PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARRIO BULANAO, MUNICIPALITY OF TABUK, KALINGA-APAYAO, ISLAND OF LUZON Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale and settlement and reserve for building site purposes of the Development Bank of the Philippines under the administration of the Governor of the Development Bank of the Philippines, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in Barrio Bulanao, Municipality of Tabuk, Province of Kalinga-Apayao, Island of Luzon, which is more particularly described as follows: cd i LOT 1232, Sgs-2-05-001301-D A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 1232, Pls-93 (Port.) is identical to Sgs-2-05-001301-D), situated in the Barrio of Bulanao, Municipality of Tabuk, Province of Kalinga-Apayao, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the NW along line 34 by Road (10.00 m. wide) (Lot 1232 Portion), on the NE along line 45 by (Lot 1232 Portion), on the E along line 5-1 by National Road (60.00 m. wide) (Lot 1232 Portion), on the SE along line 12 by Road (10.00 m. wide) (Lot 1232 Portion), on the W along line 23 by Bureau of Animal Industry (Lot 1232, Pls-93 Portion). Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan being S. 1 deg. 39'E., 1051.66 m from BLLM No. 40, Pls-93. thence S. 58 deg. 10'W., 100.29 m. to point 2; thence N. 7 deg. 10'W., 81.14 m. to point 3; thence N. 43 deg. 24'E., 95.19 m. to point 4; thence S. 63 deg. 30'E., 28.21 m. to point 5; thence S. 1 deg. 10'E., 84.31 m. to point 1; the point of the beginning containing an area of EIGHT THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED TWENTY NINE (8,929) SQUARE METERS, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground as follows. Points are all by P.S. Cyl Conc. Mons. 15 x 60 cms. Bearings true. Date of Original Survey July 16, 1947, and that of the subd. survey was executed by Geodetic Engineer Pantaleon M. Cambri on November 22, 1978, and was approved on November 29, 1978.
