November 20, 1987 PROCLAMATION NO. 186 RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES A PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED AT BARANGAY BULANAO, MUNICIPALITY OF TABUK, PROVINCE OF KALINGA-APAYAO, ISLAND OF LUZON Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the authority vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for elementary school site purposes of the Bulanao Central School, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to future survey a parcel of land of the public domain located at Barangay Bulanao, Municipality of Tabuk, Province of Kalinga-Apayao, Island of Luzon, which is more particularly described as follows: casia "A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot No. 2502, Pls-93 situated in Barangay Bulanao, Municipality of Tabuk, Province of Kalinga-Apayao, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the S.W. along line 12 by National Road (60.00 m. wide), and on the N.W., N.E.; and S.E. along lines 2-3-4; and 4-1 by Road (10.00 m. wide). Beginning at a point marked '1' on the sketch plan N. 74-11' W. being 228.49 m. from B.L.L.M. No. 39, Pls-93; aisa dc thence N. 1557' W., 219.99 m. to point 2; thence N. 7402' E., 175.01 m. to point 3; thence S. 1557' E., 219.99 m. to point 4; thence S. 7402' W., 175.01 m. to point of beginning, containing an area of THIRTY-EIGHT THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED (38,500) SQUARE METERS, more or less."
