June 9, 2011 PROCLAMATION NO. 185 CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING WHICH STANDS ON TWO PARCELS OF LAND LOCATED AT SAN ANTONIO PARK SQUARE, LACSON STREET, MANDALAGAN, BACOLOD CITY, NEGROS OCCIDENTAL, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC A CT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 87 48 Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the "Special Economic Zone Act of 1995," as amended by Republic Act No. 8748, and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, BENIGNO S.
