November 6, 1987 PROCLAMATION NO. 181 DECLARING FOR THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE AETAS THAT PORTION OF THE AREA CULTIVATED BY THEM COVERED BY PASTURE LEASE AGREEMENTS NO. 3138 IN SAN MARCELINO, ZAMBALES Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare for the exclusive use of the Aetas that portion of the area cultivated by them covered by Pasture Lease Agreement No. 3138 in San Marcelino, Zambales, and waived by the lessee, Mr. Feliciano Rodriguez, in favor of the actual Aeta occupants therein. The Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, through the Forest Management Bureau, is hereby instructed to delineate the boundaries for exclusion from the pasture lease agreement so that the Aetas may avail of the benefits of the Integrated Social Forestry Program. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed. DONE in the City of Manila, this 6th day of November, in the year of Our Lord, Nineteen Hundred and Eighty-Seven.
