May 13, 2011 PROCLAMATION NO. 167 DECLARING MONDAY, MAY 23, 2011, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CALACA, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS WHEREAS, Monday, May 23, 2011 marks the birth anniversary of General Eleuterio Marasigan, a great Calagueo and a patriot of libertarian struggle in the Province of Batangas; TAaCED WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Calaca, Province of Batangas be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Monday, May 23, 2011, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Calaca, Province of Batangas. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed. DONE in the City of Manila, this 13th day of May, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Eleven.
