Opening to Disposition Certain Portion of Land Within Market Site Reservation in Cavite City

October 7, 1987 PROCLAMATION NO. 167 FURTHER AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO.82, DATED OCTOBER 23, 1954, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE MARKET SITERESERVATION IN THE CITY OF CAVITE, ISLAND OF LUZON, BY EXCLUDING A CERTAIN PORTION OF THE LANDEMBRACED THEREIN AND DECLARING THE SAME OPEN TO DISPOSITIONUNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE PUBLIC LANDACT, AS AMENDED Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby further amend Proclamation No. 82, dated October 23, 1954, which established the marked site reservation in the City of Cavite, Island of Luzon, by excluding a certain portion of the same open to disposition under the provisions of the Public Land Act, as amended, which parcel is more particularly described as follows: cd i PSU-225108 FERNANDO DE GUZMAN A PARCEL OF LAND (as shown on plan Psu-225108, L.C.R. Records No. ____ ), situated in the District of Caridad, City of Cavite. Bounded on the NE., SE., and SW., along lines 1-2-3-4 by Property of Municipal Government of Cavite City portion of Psu-143099 Lot 1); on the NW., along line 4-5 by Lot 5; and along line 5-1 by Lot 6, both by Block 68, Caridad Ext., Cavite Cadastre. Beginning at a point marked "1" to plan, being S. 16 deg. 06'W., 352.02 m. from B.L.L.M No. 3, Caridad Ext., Cavite Cadastre; thence S. 26 deg. 10' E., 36.36 m. to point 2; thence S. 39 deg. 59' W., 27.16 m. to point 3; thence N. 31 deg. 52' W., 30.50 m. to point 4; thence N. 32 deg. 27' E., 18.00 m. to point 5; thence N. 32 deg. 27' E., 14.64 m. to point of beginning, containing an area of nine hundred (900) square meters. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground as follows: points 2 and 3 by bamboo post; and the rest by Old P.L.S. Cyl. Conc. Mons.; bearings true; date of the survey, May 7, 1966 and that of the approval, August 1, 1967. cd A road right-of-way therein is reserved pursuant to Executive Order No. 113, dated January 1, 1955.
