June 28, 1976 PROCLAMATION NO. 1557 EXTENDING THE EDUCATIONAL MEMBERSHIP AND FUND CAMPAIGN OF THE COMMUNITY CHEST FOUNDATION OF METROPOLITAN MANILA, INC. TO DECEMBER 31, 1976 WHEREAS, The Community Chest Foundation of Metropolitan Manila, Inc., was authorized under Proclamation No. 1441 dated June 16, 1975, as amended, to conduct an educational, membership and fund drive in Metropolitan Manila and the Province of Rizal during the period from June 1 to December 31, 1976; WHEREAS, the Foundation needs additional time to attain its educational, membership and fund campaign goal; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby extend the educational, membership and fund drive of the Community Chest Foundation of Metropolitan Manila, Inc. to June 1, 1976. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed. cd DONE in the City of Manila, this 28th day of June, in the year of Our Lord, Nineteen Hundred and Seventy-Six.
