September 18, 1987 PROCLAMATION NO. 154 REVOKING PROCLAMATION NO.146, DATED APRIL 17, 1937, WHICH RESERVED FOR MARKETPURPOSES A PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLICDOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MALAYBALAY, PROVINCE OF BUKIDNON, ISLAND OF MINDANAO, AND RESERVING THEPARCEL OF LAND EMBRACED THEREIN FOR PARK AND HEALTH CENTER SITEPURPOSES Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby revoke Proclamation No. 146, dated April 17, 1937, which reserved for market site purposes a parcel of land of the public domain situated in the Municipality of Malaybalay, Province of Bukidnon, Island of Mindanao, and reserve the land embraced therein for park and health center site purposes of Malaybalay, Bukidnon, subject to valid existing rights, if any there be, under the administration of the municipal government of the said municipality. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed. DONE in the City of Manila, this 18th day of September, in the year of Our Lord, Nineteen Hundred and Eighty-Seven.
