July 21, 1999 PROCLAMATION NO. 150 DECLARING FRIDAY, JULY 23, 1999, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF GINGOOG WHEREAS, Friday, July 23, 1999, marks the charter anniversary of the City of Gingoog; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Gingoog be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies; NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me in Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Friday, July 23, 1999, as a special day in the City of Gingoog. cda IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
