August 5, 2021 PROCLAMATION NO. 1196 CREATING AND DESIGNATINGA BUILDING AND THE PARCELS OF LAND WHERE IT STANDS, LOCATED ALONGEMILIO AGUINALDO HIGHWAY, BARANGAY TALABA VII, BACOOR CITY, CAVITE, AS A SPECIAL ECONOMICZONE (INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER), PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO.7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO.8748 Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916 or the "Special Economic Zone Act of 1995," as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE , President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building, with a gross floor area of Fifty Thousand Two Hundred Seventy-Seven and 76/100 square meters (50,277.76 m 2 ) , more or less, and the parcels of land where the building stands, located along Emilio Aguinaldo Highway, Barangay Talaba VII, Bacoor City, Cavite, as Special Economic Zone (Information Technology Center) to be known as CBC Asia Technozone , subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, PEZA Board Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution Nos. 11-066 (s. 2011), 15-240 (s. 2015) and 17-472 (s. 2017), and Resolution No. 17-676 (s. 2017), as amended by Resolution No. 19-441 (s. 2019), with an aggregate area of Seven Thousand square meters (7,000 m 2 ) , more or less, as defined by the following technical descriptions: Lot 2-A-5-A-1 (LRC) Psd-274884 TCT No. 057-2016075126 A parcel of land (Lot 2-A-5-A-1, (LRC) Psd-274884, being a portion of Lot 2-A-5-A, (LRC) Psd-267000, LRC Rec.
