February 18, 2011 PROCLAMATION NO. 113 DECLARING TUESDAY, MARCH 8, 2011, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF COMPOSTELA VALLEY WHEREAS, Tuesday, March 8, 2011, marks the 4th Bulawan Festival 13th Foundation Day anniversary of the Province of Compostela Valley, with a theme "Stronger, Luckier, Getting Better ComVal @ 13!"; HSEIAT WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Compostela Valley be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Tuesday, March 8, 2011, as special (non-working) day in the Province of Compostela Valley. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed. DONE in the City of Manila, this 18th day of February, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Eleven.
