April 8, 2021 PROCLAMATION NO. 1129 CREATINGAND DESIGNATING A BUILDINGAND THE PARCEL OF LANDON WHICH IT STANDS, LOCATEDALONG GENERAL MAXILOM AVENUE, CEBU CITY, AS A SPECIALECONOMICZONE (INFORMATIONTECHNOLOGY CENTER) TO BE KNOWN AS CYBERGATEGALLERIA, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO.7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO.8748 Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916,or the "Special Economic Zone Act of 1995," as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE , President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building to be known as Cybergate Galleria , with a gross floor area of Thirty-Two Thousand Six Hundred Twenty-One and 7/100 square meters (32,621.07 m 2 ) , more or less, and the parcel of land on which it stands, located along General Maxilom Avenue, Cebu City, as a Special Economic Zone (Information Technology Center), subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, PEZA Board of Directors Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution Nos. 11-066 (s. 2011), 15-240 (s. 2015) and 17-472 (s. 2017), and Resolution No. 17-675 (s. 2017), as amended by Resolution No. 20-053 (s. 2020), with an area of Three Thousand Forty-Six square meters (3,046 m 2 ) , more or less, as defined by the following technical description: Portion of Lot 1 Psd-07-099981 A parcel of land (portion of Lot 1, Psd-07-099981, covered by TCT No. 107-2016002823) situated in the City of Cebu, Province of Cebu, Island of Cebu.
