August 7, 2015 PROCLAMATION NO. 1090 CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING LOCATED WITHIN MATINA TOWN SQUARE, MATINA, DAVAO CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748 Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, or the "Special Economic Zone Act of 1995," as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution No. 11-066 (s. 2011), Resolution No. 14-430 (s. 2014) and Resolution No. 15-240 (s. 2015) of the PEZA Board of Directors, as an Information Technology Center, to be known as the Ayala Business Center, with a gross floor area of 8,230 square meters, which stands on a parcel of land, located in Matina Town Square, Matina, Davao City, with an area of Two Thousand (2,000) square meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description: EHaASD Lot 392-F-2-A. Psd-11-074532 TCT No. T-339876 A parcel of land (Lot 392-F-2-A, Psd-11-074532),being a portion of Lot 392-F-2, Psd-27501, situated in the Barrio of Matina, City of Davao, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the NE.,along line 1-2 by Lot 392-F-2-B of the subdivision plan; on the SE.,along line 2-3 by Lot 392-F-5; on the SW.,along line 3-4 by Lot 392-F-1, both of the Psd-27501; on the NW.,along line 4-1 by Lot 392-F-6, Psd-24499.
