February 3, 2021 PROCLAMATION NO. 1087 CREATINGAND DESIGNATING A BUILDING AND THEPARCEL OF LANDWHERE IT STANDS, LOCATEDALONG MCARTHUR HIGHWAY, BARANGAY SAN MIGUEL, TARLAC CITY, AS A SPECIAL ECONOMICZONE (INFORMATIONTECHNOLOGYCENTER), PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO.7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO.8748 Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916,or the "Special Economic Zone Act of 1995," as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE , President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building with a gross floor area of Six Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty-Seven and 45/100 square meters (6,737.45 m 2 ) , more or less, and the parcel of land where it stands, located along McArthur Highway, Barangay San Miguel, Tarlac City, as Special Economic Zone (Information Technology Center) to be known as ROBINSONS LUISITA 3 , subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, PEZA Board Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution Nos. 11-066 (s. 2011), 15-240 (s. 2015) and 17-472 (s. 2017), and Resolution No. 19-429 (s. 2019), with an aggregate area of Three Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Four and 73/100 square meters (3,254.73 m 2 ) , more or less, as defined by the following technical descriptions: Portion of Lots 2-B-1-F and 2-B-1-G Psd-03-149567 A parcel of land (being a portion of Lot 2-B-1-F of subdivision plan Psd-03-149567 covered by TCT No. 043-2010000549 and Lot 2-B-1-G of subdivision plan Psd-03-149567 covered by TCT No. 423155), situated in Barangay San Miguel, City of Tarlac. Bounded on the NE., along lines 1-2-3 by Lot 8024, Tarlac Cadastre; on the SE. & W. along lines 3 to 7 by Lot 2-B-1-G of the subdivision plan; and on the W. & N., along lines 7-8-1 by Lot 2-B-1-F of the subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked "1" on the plan, being N. 08 deg. 32'E., 1200.57 m. from BBM No. 70, Tarlac Cadastre; thence S. 02 deg. 25' E. 42.06 m. to point 2; thence S. 02 deg. 25' E. 3.04 m. to point 3; thence S. 43 deg. 51' W. 37.33 m. to point 4; thence Due North 7.80 m. to point 5; thence N. 89 deg. 52' W. 27.80 m. to point 6; thence Due North 22.58 m. to point 7; thence Due North 41.54 m. to point 8; thence Due East 51.77 m. to the point of beginning; containing an area of Three Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Four Square Meters and 73/100 Square Meters (3,254.73 m 2 ) . All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by P.S. cyl. conc. mons. 15x40 cms.; Bearings true.
