August 26, 2020 PROCLAMATION NO. 1006 CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDINGAND THE PARCEL OF LAND ON WHICH ITSTANDS, LOCATED AT 32ND STREET CORNER RIZAL DRIVE, BONIFACIO GLOBAL CITY, TAGUIG CITY, AS A SPECIAL ECONOMICZONE (INFORMATION TECHNOLOGYCENTER), PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO.7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO.8748 Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916 or the "Special Economic Zone Act of 1995," as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE , President of the Philippines, hereby create and designate a building to be known as Park Triangle Corporate Center , with a gross floor area of Forty-Nine Thousand One Hundred square meters (49,100 m 2 ) , and the parcel of land where the building stands, with an area of Five Thousand square meters (5,000 m 2 ) , more or less, located at 32nd Street corner Rizal Drive, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution Nos. 11-066 (s. 2011), 15-240 (s. 2015) and 17-472 (s. 2017), and Resolution No. 17-303 (s. 2017), as amended by Resolution No. 18-243 (s. 2018) of the PEZA Board of Directors, as Special Economic Zone (Information Technology Center), as defined by the following technical description: Lot 2 Pcs-00-014817 TCT No. 164-2015000104 A parcel of land (Lot 2 of the consolidation-subdivision plan Pcs-00-014817, being a portion of Lot 2-B, Psd-00-073706; Lot 1-l, Psd-00-074186; Lots 1 & 3, all of Pcs-00-014479; N-64942), situated in Barangay Fort Bonifacio, City of Taguig, Metro Manila.
