September 22, 1976 PRESIDENTIAL DECREE NO. 1029 AMENDING PRESIDENTIAL DECREE NUMBERED EIGHTHUNDRED FIFTY-TWO BY INSERTING A NEW SECTIONFIVE AFTER SECTION FOURTHEREOF I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by the Constitution, in order to effect minor amendments to existing law and to correct certain typographical errors therein, do hereby order and decree the following: SECTION 1. A new Section five is hereby inserted after Section four of Presidential Decree No. 852 which shall read as follows: "SEC. 5. All acts, decrees, orders, ordinances, rules and regulations, or parts thereof, which are inconsistent with the provisions of this Decree are hereby repealed, amended or modified accordingly." SECTION 2. Section five of the same Decree is renumbered accordingly as Section six. SECTION 3. This Decree shall take effect immediately. DONE in the City of Manila, this 22nd day of September, in the year of Our Lord, Nineteen Hundred and Seventy-Six.
