Sigue MSKF President POLA MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 23-11 AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING ANNUAL INVESTMENT PROGRAM (2012) AND MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT INVESTMENT PROGRAM (2012-2014) OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF POLA, PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL MINDORO WHEREAS, the Municipal Development Council approved the Annual Investment Program (2012) and Municipal Development Investment Program (2012-2014) of the Municipality of Pola through MDC Resolution No. 02-11 adopted on its regular meeting on October 4, 2011; WHEREAS, the Annual Investment Program (2012) and the Municipal Development Investment Program (2012-2014) will serve as the framework of the development and improvement of the Municipality for the coming 2012 and the succeeding years; WHEREAS, the AIP for CY 2012 contains the appropriations of the 20% Municipal Development Fund for CY 2012 amounting to Ten Million Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php10,400,000.00) to the approved municipal Programs, Projects, Activities (PPAs) addressing the needs of different sectors such as Social Development Sector, Economic Development Sector, Physical Development Sector and General Public Services Sector; WHEREAS, the said municipality's development programs were formulated jointly by the Executive and Legislative Department and the participating multi-sectors of civic society supporting the LGU-Pola's vision to promote tourism, agriculture and other developments in the municipality; NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Rosie L. Rivas, Hon. John F. Genabe, Hon. Efren C. Montalbo, Hon. Archielito R. Dumaran, Hon. Marvin T. Rivera and by a unanimous vote of all the Members present, be it RESOLVE, as it is hereby resolved by the Sangguniang Bayan of Pola, Province of Oriental Mindoro to adopt as it is hereby adopting Annual Investment Program (2012) and Municipal Development Investment Program (2012-2014) of the Municipality of Pola, Province of Oriental Mindoro.
