2011 PHILHEALTH ADVISORY NO. 11-03-11 ADDITIONAL OVERSEAS REMITTANCE TIE-UP PARTNERS OF PHILIPPINE VETERANS BANK (PVB) The Philippine Veterans Bank, one of our partners in overseas collection, has recently added two remittance tie-up partners to collect premium contribution payments from our OFW members.
