The fees imposed shall be paid to the Revenue Collection Officer or his deputized representative upon utilization of Pawa Fishport. SECTION 2. Repealing Clause. All previous ordinances, executive orders, rules and regulations, or parts hereof inconsistent with this ordinance are hereby repealed or modified accordingly. SECTION 3. Effectivity. This ordinance shall take effect ten (10) days after a copy thereof is posted in a bulletin board at the entrance and in at least two (2) other conspicuous places of the municipal building.
