Balderama -do- PANAY MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 006-08 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 2002-06, SERIES OF 2002, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE REVISED MUNICIPAL REVENUE CODE OF PANAY, CAPIZ BY IMPOSING THE FEES FOR THE UTILIZATION OF PAWA FISHPORT LOCATED AT BRGY. Deslate-Delicana Vice Chairperson BE IT ORDAINED by the Honorable Sangguniang Bayan of Panay, Capiz, in session assembled that: SECTION 1. The Municipal Ordinance No. 2002-06, Series 2002 is hereby amended by adding the following fees for the utilization of Pawa Fishport as Chapter V, Article F in the Revised Municipal Revenue Code of Panay, to wit: CHAPTER V ARTICLE F Fees for the Utilization of Pawa Fishport SEC. 5F.01. The fees imposed shall be paid to the Revenue Collection Officer or his deputized representative upon utilization of Pawa Fishport. SECTION 2. Repealing Clause. All previous ordinances, executive orders, rules and regulations, or parts hereof inconsistent with this ordinance are hereby repealed or modified accordingly. SECTION 3. Effectivity. This ordinance shall take effect ten (10) days after a copy thereof is posted in a bulletin board at the entrance and in at least two (2) other conspicuous places of the municipal building. UNANIMOUSLY ENACTED this 21st day of May 2008 at Panay, Capiz, Philippines upon motion of Hon. Maria Leobeth B. Deslate-Delicana and unanimously seconded.
