PAMPANGA PROVINCIAL TAX ORDINANCE NO. 005-11 A TAX ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 127 UNDER ARTICLE VIII OF TAX ORDINANCE NO. 4, SERIES OF 2011 OF THE SANGGUNIANG PANLALAWIGAN OF THE PROVINCE OF PAMPANGA BY INSERTING THEREIN THE IMPOSITION OF A WEIGHING FEE AGAINST HAULERS OF SAND & GRAVEL AND OTHER QUARRY RESOURCES Sponsor: Hon. Crisostomo C. Garbo BE IT ORDAINED BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLALAWIGAN OF THE PROVINCE OF PAMPANGA in regular session assembled: SECTION 1. That Section 127 under Article VIII of Tax Ordinance 4, series of 2011 of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of the Province of Pampanga is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 127. Imposition of Taxes and Fees. x x x xxx xxx xxx. Also, there is hereby levied weighing fee in the amount of Thirty (Php30.00) Pesos per truck against haulers of sand and gravel and other quarry resources carrying a maximum allowable load of 13.5 Axle as authorized in Republic Act No. 8794 . The weighing fee shall be paid in advance in a manner prescribed by the Provincial Treasurer's Office. " SECTION 2. This Tax Ordinance shall take effect immediately after copy hereof is published for three (3) consecutive days in a newspaper of general circulation within the Province of Pampanga. APPROVED.
