BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED to Municipal Ordinance No. 422-041217, to wit; PALOMPON MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 422-041217 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 381-050813 (MUNICIPAL TAX AND REGULATORY CODE OF 2013), PARTICULARLY ARTICLE XXIX (POLICE CLEARANCE FEE), SECTION 123 (IMPOSITION FEE) BY ADDING A PROVISION/ITEM THROUGH INSERTION Be it ordained by the Members of the Sangguniang Bayan of Palompon, Leyte in assembly that; aScITE SECTION 1. This Ordinance shall be known as an amendment of the Police Clearance Fee under the provision of Section 123 of Municipal Ordinance No. 381-050813 entitled "MUNICIPAL TAX AND REGULATORY CODE OF 2013". SECTION 2. Amendment . Article XXIX Section 123 of Municipal Ordinance No. 381-050813 entitled "MUNICIPAL TAX AND REGULATORY CODE OF 2013" is hereby amended by inserting as item number (8) another Police Clearance Fee for National High School Students of this Municipality, to wit: 8. For National High School Students Free SECTION 3. Repealing Clause. All ordinances, resolutions, rules and regulations inconsistent with this ordinance is hereby repealed accordingly. SECTION 4. Separability Clause . If any section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase of this Ordinance is for any reason held to be invalid or unconstitutional by a decision of any court with competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this Ordinance.
