PALO MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 005-18 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING LETTERS a) & b) SUBSECTION 1 OF SECTION 5E.01 OF THE AMENDED MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE #96-03 OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE MUNICIPAL TAX & REVENUE CODE OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF PALO, LEYTE Section 5E.01. Rates of Charges. The Municipal Government through the Municipal treasurer shall collect the required fee imposed under this article before any person can use the existing buildings based on the following rates: HTcADC 1.) Montejo Sports Center: a) Non Revenue Raising Activities: Sports Monday-Friday Saturday-Sunday (Daytime) (Daytime) 6:00 AM-5:00 PM 6:00 AM-5:00 PM P150.00/HR. P200.00/HR. (Nighttime) (Nighttime) 5:00 PM-12 midnight 5:00 PM-12 midnight P200.00/HR. P250.00/HR. Socio Cultural P3,000.00 for the first 5hrs. from start of the activity + Ph500.00/hr. until 12 midnight Socials/Private Occasions P5,000.00 for the first 5hrs. from start of the activity + Php500.00/hr. until 12 midnight Trainings/Seminars P3,000.00 Until 12 midnight only b) Revenue Raising Activities P5,000.00 ARTICLE XII. n Repealing Clause . Any ordinance or parts thereof whose provisions are inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed. CAIHTE ARTICLE XIII. Effectivity . This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon satisfaction of its required publication in a newspaper of general circulation in the province of Leyte and the posting of the same in conspicuous places of the Municipal Hall.
