Santos WHEREAS, Municipal Ordinance No. 98-020-023, entitled "An Ordinance Regulating the Processing and Approval of Subdivision Plans and Creating the Proper Committees, and Establishing the Basic Procedures and Other Requirements Essential to this Function" was enacted based on the provisions of RA 7160, otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991; WHEREAS, the said ordinance imposed fees and fines in accordance with the provisions of HLURB Memorandum Circular No. 4, Series of 1991; WHEREAS, the HLURB issued Resolution No. 760 on February 18, 2004 approving the 2004 Revised Schedule of Fees, which was endorsed by the Hon. Antonio L. Raymundo Jr., Municipal Mayor, for consideration by this august body; WHEREAS, the existing schedule of fees contained in the ordinance has seen its days and needs proper adjustments; On motion duly seconded, be it, RESOLVED, that the Sangguniang Bayan of Orion, Bataan, in regular session duly assembled, hereby resolves to enact, on third and final reading, this Ordinance amending the fees imposed in Annex A under Section 10 of Municipal Ordinance No. 98-020-023; SECTION 1.
