The aforesaid report shall aid in the determination of the forms needed by the Revenue Regions (RRs) and Revenue District Offices (RDOs) and to ensure that adequate amount of BIR Forms are available for distribution to taxpayers. Relative to this, you are hereby directed to submit Quarterly Inventory of Forms (External Forms) on the prescribed deadlines below: Quarter Coverage Deadline 1st January-March April 10 2nd April-June July 10 3rd July-September October 10 4th October-December January 10 of the following year The format of the abovementioned report is herein attached as Annex "A" and the same must be submitted via email to [emailprotected] or [emailprotected] on or before the aforesaid deadlines.
