Clarification on the Use of eCAR Access by ONETT Encoders

August 14, 2019 OPM-AS-APMD NO. 012-19 TO : Regional Directors, Revenue District Officers and Others Concerned SUBJECT : Clarification on the Use of Electronic Certificate Authorizing Registration (eCAR) Access by One-Time Transaction (ONETT) Encoders This memorandum is being issued to address problems encountered by the One-Time Transaction (ONETT) encoders regarding the access to be used in the creation/reissuance/reprinting of eCAR and in generating reports due to splitting of Revenue Region Nos. RR Nos. 7-Quezon City and 8-Makati City. Accordingly, all ONETT encoders are hereby directed to request a new account as ONETT encoder in RR Nos. 7A-Quezon City, 7B-East NCR, 8A-Makati City and 8B-South NCR. However, as to reissuance and reprinting of eCAR which were issued prior to splitting of these Regional Offices, the encoder shall use the old account given in RR Nos. 7-Quezon City and 8-Makati City.
