May 23, 2017 OPERATIONS MEMORANDUM NO. 2017-05-05 TO : ACIR, Large Taxpayers Service All Regional Directors All Revenue District Office All Others Concerned SUBJECT : Price of Sugar at Millsite for the Week-Ending May 7, 2017 Issued by the Licensing and Monitoring Division, Regulation Department, Sugar Regulatory Administration This Operations Memorandum (OM) is hereby issued in order to circularize the attached full text of the Price of Sugar at Millsite for the Week-Ending May 7, 2017 (Annex "A") provided to this Bureau by the Licensing and Monitoring Division, Regulation Department, Sugar Regulatory Administration (SRA), pursuant to Revenue Regulations No. 13-2015 dated October 12, 2015. It is informed that an RMC shall be issued within five (5) working days after the month of issuance of the weekly OMs, pursuant to Revenue Delegation Authority Order (RDAO) No. 3-2016 dated April 18, 2016.
