Submission of Reports on Drastic Changes in Collection Performance

September 11, 2019 OPERATIONS MEMORANDUM NO. 016-19 FOR : All Chiefs, Regional Collection Division The Chief, LT Performance Monitoring and Programs Division The Chief, Collection Performance Monitoring Division The Chief, Research and Statistics Division All Other Internal Revenue Officers Concerned SUBJECT : Submission of Reports on Drastic Changes in Collection Performance Relative to Revenue Memorandum Order (RMO) No. 46-2019 (Amending the Procedures, Policies and Guidelines in the Preparation of the "Reports on Drastic Changes in Collection Performance" and the Revision of the Format Thereof), this Memorandum is being issued to prescribe the manner of submission of the abovementioned reports. All reports on the said subject shall be sent in electronic copies using the official email account of the submitting office ( i.e. , email addresses bearing the names of the Section/Revenue District Office/Regional Collection Division) or the email account of the head of office. The Narrative Report and Consolidated Reports on Drastic Changes in Collection Performance (BIR Form Nos. 1771A to 1771C) shall be forwarded to the Collection Performance Monitoring Division (CPMD), excluding the Research and Statistics Division (RSD), thru the email address: [emailprotected] . The consolidated Report of Analysis on the Drastic Changes of Internal Revenue Tax Collection Performance shall be submitted electronically by CPMD to RSD, thru [emailprotected] , on the prescribed deadline in the RMO. Furthermore, RSD is directed to submit the Collection Reports per Government Finance Statistics (GFS) classification to CPMD not later than the 20th day of the following month .
