Submission of Report on Petitions for Corporate Rehabilitation

August 29, 2007 OCA CIRCULAR NO. 81-07 TO : All Clerks of Courts in the Regional Trial Court SUBJECT : Submission of Report on Petitions for Corporate Rehabilitation The Court En Banc in its Resolution dated September 19, 2006 in Administrative Matter No. 04-2-04-SC, allowed the payment of fees in petitions for corporate rehabilitation in excess of P100,000.00 on a staggered basis under Section 21 (i), Rule 141 of the Rules of Court. Subsequently, the implementation thereof was deferred pending the study on the effects of the revised manner of payment of legal fees in petitions for rehabilitation. cDSAEI In view hereof, all Clerks of Courts in the Regional Trial Court are hereby directed to submit a report on fees collected on corporate rehabilitation from 2002 to present. Hereto attached is the report form to be submitted to the Financial Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator on or before the 30th day of September 2007.
