July 3, 2007 NON-TRADITIONAL SECURITIES AND INSTRUMENTS DEPARTMENT IN THE MATTER OF PHILAM PLANS, INC., registrant REGISTRATION/LICENSING OF P180 MILLION WORTH OF PARTICIPATING LIFE PLAN NOTICE AND ORDER Notice is hereby given that on July 2, 2007 sworn registration statements were filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission for and on behalf of PHILAM PLANS, INC., for initial registration/licensing of securities covering 1,028 plans worth P180 million of Participating Life Plans. These plans with maturity benefits depending on the specified annual installment amount will be sold at the following contract prices based on annual installments.
