February 9, 2015 NLRC MEMORANDUM TO : All Presiding/Commissioners Executive/Labor Arbiters RE : Accredited Bonding Companies Effective 23 February 2015, only the following bonding/surety companies accredited pursuant to NLRC En Banc Resolution No. 03-13, s. 2013, shall be allowed to issue surety bonds relative to appeals filed before the Commission: 1. Intra Strata Assurance Company 2. Malayan Insurance Company, Inc. 3. Mapfre Insular Insurance Corporation 4. Paramount Life & General Insurance Corp. 5. Pioneer Insurance & Surety Corporation 6.
