Amendment of Section 147 (Imposition of Fees) of the Navotas Revenue Code of 1992

January 14, 2002 NAVOTAS MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 002-02 AN AMENDMENT OF SECTION 147 OF THE NAVOTAS REVENUE CODE OF 1992 OR PAMBAYANG ORDINANSA BLG. 92-12, 'IMPOSITION OF FEES' SAPAGKAT, ang Saligang Batas ay nagbibigay kapangyarihan sa mga Pamahalaang Lokal na magpataw at maningil ng buwis bilang dagdag sa kabang-yaman ng bayan; SAPAGKAT, ang Kodigo ng Pamahalaang Lokal ng 1991 ay nagpapahintulot magpataw ng kaukulang buwis at ibang katulad nito na gaya ng fees at charges; SAPAGKAT, ang Navotas Revenue Code o Pambayang Ordinansa Blg. 92-12 na naging epektibo noong 1992 ay hindi na naangkop sa panahong kasalukuyan partikular ang Seksiyon 147; DAHIL DITO, ang Sangguniang Bayan ng Navotas ay nagsasabatas sa mga sumusunod: SECTION 1. Title. an amendment of Section 147 of the Navotas Revenue Code of 1992 or Pambayang Ordinansa Blg. 92-12, 'imposition of fees'. SECTION 2. There shall be a fee collected from every person requesting for copies of official records and documents from the Assessor's Office of this municipality; 2a. A secretary's fee in the amount of thirty (P30.00) pesos for certified true copy of tax declaration, certification of no improvement, certification of no land holding, certification of no property and certified xerox copy of tax map. 2b. Verification fee of thirty (P30.00) pesos for any document mentioned in the proceeding paragraph. 2c. A ten (P10.00) peso fee for each succeeding xerox copy of certified true copy of the documents herein mentioned. SECTION 3. Any provisions of the Navotas Revenue Code or Pambayang Ordinansa Blg. 92-12 that are inconsistent with this ordinance are hereby repealed, amended or modified accordingly. SECTION 4. That this ordinance shall take effect ten (10) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
