Laiz Jr. WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 129 of RA 7160, otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991, 'each Local Government Unit shall exercise its power to create its own sources of revenue and to levy taxes, fees and charges subject to the provision herein, consistent with the basic policy of local autonomy. Such taxes, fees and charges shall accrue exclusively to the local government units; WHEREAS, the Navotas Revenue Code or Municipal Ordinance No. 92-12 being implemented since 1992 needs to be revised from time to time; NOW THEREFORE, the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Navotas, in session assembled, hereby enact this ordinance. SECTION 1. Title . an ordinance amending Chapter 31 Section 151 I (5) and addendum of Section 151 V of Municipal Ordinance No. 92-12 "the imposition of municipal hospital service fee". SECTION 2. The following schedule of fees is hereby imposed for services or facilities rendered by the City Lying-In Clinic: OLD: Section 151 I. MEDICAL FEES: OUT PATIENT SERVICE 5. E.C.G. Php50.00 NEW: Section 151 II. MEDICAL FEES: OUT PATIENT SERVICE 5. E.C.G. Php100.00 V. ULTRASOUND CHARGES: 1. Liver Php250.00 2. Gall Bladder 250.00 3. Pancreas 250.00 4. Spleen 250.00 5. Kidney 250.00 6. Urinary Bladder 250.00 7. Prostate 250.00 8. Pelvic Plain 250.00 9. BPS (Biophysical scoring) Php500.00 10. Scrotal 350.00 11. HBT + Liver + Gall Bladder 450.00 12. Liver, GB, pancreas spleen 400.00 13. KUB (Kidney, Ureter and Urinary Bladder) 400.00 14. Pelvic + KUB 500.00 15. HBT + KUB 650.00 16. KUB + prostate 450.00 17. Whole Abdomen 900.00 18. All ordinances, issuances, rules and regulations or parts thereof which is inconsistent with or contrary to the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed, amended or modified accordingly. SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect ten (10) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
