July 11, 2017 NAGA CITY ORDINANCE NO. 047-17 AN ORDINANCE PRESCRIBING THE FEES AND CHARGES AT THE HEALTH AND MEDICAL SERVICES AND FACILITIES OF THE CITY OF NAGA THROUGH THE CITY HEALTH OFFICE, THE NAGA CITY HOSPITAL, AND OUR LADY OF LOURDES INFIRMARY FOR THEIR SERVICES AND FACILITIES Sponsor: Hon. Social Service . The mission of the City Health Office, the Naga City Hospital, and Our Lady of Lourdes Infirmary is social service as they cater to the health care needs of Nagueos, especially those who cannot afford the high cost of healthcare in private clinics and hospitals. The City Health Office administers the overall health and sanitation services of the city. It provides such services as administrative, medical, nursing, dental, laboratory, and environmental sanitation. The Naga City Hospital and Our Lady of Lourdes Infirmary are Department of Health (DOH) Basic Emergency, Obstetrical and Neonatal Care Hospital (BEmONC) facilities. They provide such hospital services as: administrative, medical and ancillary, laboratory, pharmacy, radiology, dietary, and nursing. SECTION 3. Fees and Charges . SECTION 5. Effectivity . The above fees and charges shall become effective fifteen (15) days after the publication of the approved ordinance.
