January 10, 2017 NAGA CITY ORDINANCE NO. 001-17 AN ORDINANCE EXTENDING THE DEADLINE IN THE PAYMENT OF BUSINESS TAXES, FEES AND CHARGES AND RENEWAL OF BUSINESS PERMITS AND LICENSES, AND PROCUREMENT OF MAYOR'S PERMIT FROM JANUARY 20, 2017 TO FEBRUARY 17, 2017 WITHOUT PENALTIES OR SURCHARGES PURSUANT TO SECTION 167 OF REPUBLICACTNO.7160, AS AMENDED TO GIVE RESPITE FOR BUSINESSES IN THE CITY OF NAGA WHOSE OPERATIONS WERE CONSIDERABLY AFFECTED BY TYPHOON "NINA" Sponsor: Hon. Salvador M. del Castillo Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of the City of Naga, that: SECTION 1. The deadline in the payment of business taxes, fees and charges and renewal of business permits and licenses, and procurement of mayor's permit is hereby extended from January 20, 2017 to February 17, 2017 without penalties or surcharges pursuant to Section 167 of Republic Act No. 7160, as amended to give respite for businesses in the City of Naga whose operations were considerably affected by Typhoon "Nina"; SECTION 2.
