PENALTY OF ARTICLE H. REGULATION ON THE OPERATION OF CABLESS MOTORCYCLE-FOR-HIRE (CMH), AS SECTION 5H.08-A, RE "ROLE OF THE ACCREDITED/RECOGNIZED CMH ORGANIZATIONS AND ITS SHARE IN THE CITATION TICKET ISSUED" Author: Hon. Raul B. Basaes Co-Authors: Hon. Domingo M. Estrada Be it enacted by the Sangguniang Bayan of Monkayo, Compostela Valley Province, in Session assembled, that: SECTION 1. Title . This ordinance shall be known as AN ORDINANCE AMENDING FURTHERMORE MUNICIPAL TAX ORDINANCE NO. 2018-01 OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE REVISED MUNICIPAL REVENUE CODE OF 2018, INCORPORATING UNDER SECTION 5H.08. PENALTY OF ARTICLE H. REGULATION ON THE OPERATION OF CABLESS MOTORCYCLE-FOR-HIRE (CMH), AS SECTION 5H.08-A, RE "ROLE OF THE ACCREDITED/RECOGNIZED CMH ORGANIZATIONS AND ITS SHARE IN THE CITATION TICKET ISSUED." SECTION 2. Amendatory Provision . That the provision which shall be stated hereunder shall be incorporated as Section 5H.08-A, of Article H REGULATION ON THE OPERATION OF CABLESS MOTORCYCLES FOR HIRE (CMH), to be read as follows: "SECTION 5H.08-A. ROLE OF ACCREDITED/RECOGNIZED CMH ASSOCIATIONS AND SHARE IN THE CITATION TICKET. The Presidents of the accredited/recognized Cabless Motorcycles Association (CMH) are authorized to apprehend and issue citation tickets for the listed violation and shall be entitled to a twenty percent (20%) share of the penalty collected and will accrue to the funds of the association." SECTION 3. Implementing Mechanism . The Office of the Municipal Mayor through the Economic Enterprise Management Office-Market and Terminal Operations shall coordinate with the existing CMH organizations in the smooth and efficient implementation of this Ordinance. SECTION 4. Effectivity . This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval. CAIHTE ENACTED AND PASSED this 19th day of March, 2019 at Monkayo, Compostela Valley Province. CARRIED.
