IMPOSITION OF FEES OF THE PROVINCIAL CULTURAL AND FARMERS' TRAINING CENTER (PCFTC) OF THE ORDINANCE NO. 07-12, 'AN ORDINANCE REVISING THE REVENUE CODE OF THE PROVINCE OF MISAMIS OCCIDENTAL', AND FURTHER SETTING THE RATE OF THE PROVINCIAL AGRICULTURE OFFICE FARMERS' HALL" WHEREAS, the Provincial Cultural and Farmers' Training Center (PCFTC) has been constructed to serve as a venue of events sponsored by the Provincial Government and private groups/individuals; WHEREAS, it has been recently renovated and improved through various repair works and the installation of air conditioners. However, in order to sustain the enhanced facility and its quality service considering the multiple round of price increases, coupled with the limited resources of the Provincial Government to subsidize its operation. The August Body finds merit to favorably consider the imposition of fees and rentals on the newly renovated PCFTC and the Provincial Agriculture Office Farmers' Hall, hence, this August Body finds merit to favorably consider the imposition of fees and rentals on the newly renovated PCFTC and the Provincial Agriculture Office Farmers' Hall. Thus, on motion of the Majority Floor Leader, Hon. Lovely Liezl B. Yape, duly seconded by Hon. Zaldy G. Daminar and Hon. Dodge L. Cabahug, Sr.; NOW THEREFORE: Be it RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Misamis Occidental to ENACT, as it hereby ENACTS, the Ordinance No. 06-15, as afore-cited; RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this Resolution be furnished to the Honorable Provincial Governor Herminia M. Ramiro, for approval; the Provincial Treasurer and Provincial General Services Officer, for information and guidance. ADOPTED, this 12th day of March, 2015 at Oroquieta City.
