An Ordinance Setting the Laboratory Fees of Procalcitonin, D-Dimer and CRP

MISAMIS OCCIDENTAL PROVINCIAL ORDINANCE NO. 93-21 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER V, ARTICLE C, SECTION 5.C.01, LETTER E OF THE ORDINANCE NO. 07-18 OF THIS SANGGUNIAN, "THE REVISED REVENUE CODE OF MISAMIS OCCIDENTAL" BY ADDING ITEM NOS. 73, 74, 75; LABORATORY FEES OF PROCALCITONIN, D-DIMER AND CRP, RESPECTIVELY BE IT ORDAINED ,by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan in Session that: SECTION 1. Title . This Ordinance shall be otherwise known as, "An Ordinance Setting the Laboratory Fees of Procalcitonin, D-Dimer and CRP." HTcADC SECTION 2. Amendment . That Chapter V, Article C, Section 5.C.01, Letter E under Laboratory Fees of Hospital Charges and Fees of MOMEE of the Ordinance No. 07-18 is hereby amended by adding the laboratory fees to read as: E. Laboratory Section ITEM NO. TEST RATE/FEES 73 Procalcitonin P1,375.00 74 D-Dimer P1,000.00 75 CRP P1,000.00 SECTION 3. Authority . This Ordinance is pursuant to R.A. 7160, "The Local Government Code of 1991." SECTION 4. Effectivity . This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval. ENACTED :November 15, 2021.
