August 24, 2020 Excerpts from the MINUTES of the REGULAR SESSION of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Misamis Occidental held at the Sangguniang Panlalawigan Session Hall, Misamis Occidental Provincial Capitol Building, Oroquieta City on August 24, 2020. MISAMIS OCCIDENTAL PROVINCIAL ORDINANCE NO. 066-20 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE C, SECTION 5.C.01 LETTER E UNDER LABORATORY FEES OF HOSPITAL CHARGES AND FEES OF MOMEE OF THE ORDINANCE NO. 07-18 OF THIS SANGGUNIAN, "THE REVISED REVENUE CODE OF MISAMIS OCCIDENTAL" BY ADDING ITEM NO. 72, LABORATORY FEE OF COVID-19 IgG/IgM RAPID DIAGNOSTIC TEST IN THE AMOUNT OF ONE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS (P1,350.00) BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Misamis Occidental in Session: SECTION 1. Title. This Ordinance shall be otherwise known as, "An Ordinance Setting the Fee of COVID-19 IgG/IgM Rapid Diagnostic Test in the Amount of ONE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS (P1,350.00) " at the Provincial Government-Owned Hospitals. SECTION 2. Laboratory Fee. For the COVID-19 IgG/IgM Rapid Diagnostic Test under Article C, Section 5.C.01, Item No. 72 to read as: E. Laboratory Fee Item No. Charge Rate/Fee 72 COVID-19 IgG/IgM Rapid Diagnostic Test P1,350.00 SECTION 3. Authority. This Ordinance is pursuant to R.A. 7160, "The Local Government Code of 1991." SECTION 4. Effectivity. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval. ENACTED: August 24, 2020. I HEREBY CERTIFY to the correctness of the foregoing Ordinance No. 66-20 which was duly enacted by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan during its REGULAR Session held at the Sangguniang Panlalawigan Session Hall, Misamis Occidental Provincial Capitol Building, Oroquieta City on August 24, 2020.
