Bulawin, Member Prefatory Statement The Provincial Cultural and Farmers' Training Center (PCFTC) has been constructed to serve as a venue of events sponsored by the Provincial Government and private groups/individuals. It has been recently renovated and improved through various repair works and the installation of air conditioners. However, in order to sustain the enhanced facility and its quality service considering the multiple round of price increases, coupled with the limited resources of the Provincial Government to subsidize its operation, the August Body finds merit to favorably consider the imposition of fees and rentals on the newly renovated PCFTC and the Provincial Agriculture Office Farmers' Hall, hence, BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Misamis Occidental in Session that: SECTION 1. Title. This Ordinance shall be known as "An Ordinance Amending Section 5.B.01 No. 1. Imposition of Fees of the Provincial Cultural and Farmers' Training Center (PCFTC) of the Ordinance No. 07-12, 'An Ordinance Revising the Revenue Code of the Province of Misamis Occidental', and Further Setting the Rate of the Provincial Agriculture Office Farmer's Hall." SECTION 2. Amendments. Section 5.B.01 No. 1 of Ordinance No. 07-12 dated July 13, 2012 Imposition of Fees of the Provincial Cultural and Farmers' Training Center (PCFTC) be amended to read as follows: 1. Nevertheless, the same shall still comply with the posting requirements of R.A. 7160, posted in a bulletin board at the entrance of the Provincial Capitol and in at least two (2) other conspicuous places in the local government unit of Misamis Occidental. ENACTED: March 12, 2015.
