An Ordinance Amending Portions of Sections 3A.05 (B) and 3A.10, pp. 19 and 20 Respectively, of the Revised Municipal Revenue Code of the Municipality of Mina

March 16, 2017 MINA MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 310-17 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PORTIONS OF SECTIONS 3A.05 (B) AND 3A.10, PP. 19 AND 20 RESPECTIVELY, OF THE REVISED MUNICIPAL REVENUE CODE OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF MINA BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Bayan of Mina, Iloilo in session assembled that: SECTION 1. Portion of Section 3A.05 (b), p. 19 of the Municipal Revenue Code shall hereby be amended to be read as follows: "Upon submission of the application, it shall be the duty of the licensing office or his/her duly authorized representative to verify if the other municipal requirements regarding the operation of the business or activity such as sanitary requirements, as well as other safety requirements are complied with the permit to operate shall be issued only upon compliance of such safety requirements, and after the payment of the corresponding inspection fees and other impositions required by this Revenue Code and other municipal taxes." Provided further that completed requirements shall be submitted to the licensing office with ten (10) days for issuance of the permit: SECTION 2. Grounds for refusal under Section 3A.10, page 20, of the Revised Municipal Revenue Code shall hereby be enumerated on the following conditions: 2.a Failure to submit the said requirements as specified in Section 1 hereof, within ten (10) working days; 2.b. Acts committed as stipulated under Article A, Section 20 of the Market Code; 2.c. Delinquent stalls owners for one (1) year. SECTION 3. Repealing Clause . Other ordinances inconsistent with this Ordinance are hereby repealed and modified. SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon approval. ADOPTED this 16th day of March 2017 , on motion of Hon.
