An Ordinance Amending Article L (Sec. 3L.06) of Chapter III and Article D, Section 4D.01 (Sec. II-i) of Chapter IV of the Municipal Revenue Code

August 18, 2016 MINA MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 295-16 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE L (SEC. 3L.06) OF CHAPTER III AND ARTICLE D, SECTION 4D.01 (SEC. II-i) OF CHAPTER IV OF THE MUNICIPAL REVENUE CODE WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 2012-212, re: Municipal Revenue Code of the Municipality of Mina specifically identifies those clients who can be qualified to avail of the privileges and benefits; WHEREAS, there are certain provisions in such Ordinance that need some amendments particularly Chapter III, for permit and regulatory fees and Chapter IV for service fees, Article L (Sec. 3L.06), permit fee for cockfighting (a) holding of cockfights and Article D-Service fees. NOW, THEREFORE: BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Bayan in session assembled that: SECTION 1. Title . This Ordinance shall be known as "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING portion of Chapter III, Article L, Sec. 3L.06 and Chapter IV, Article D. Sec. 4D.01 (Sec. II-i) of the Municipal Revenue Code of the Municipality of Mina." SECTION 2. There shall be an amendment in Chapter III, Article L, Section 3L by adding another provision of letter to be read as follows: (refer to page 27 of the Municipal Revenue Code #2012-212). a. Cockfights . . . b. Cockfighting officials . . . c. Application application shall, be done 10 days before the cockfighting scheduled date. SECTION 3. There shall be an amendment in chapter IV, Article D, Sec. 4D.01 (Sec. II-I), page 48 of the Municipal Revenue Code, by adding more laboratories services under the serology/bloodbank for blood typing, to be read as follows: i. Serology Bloodbank Blood typing for client of: Indigents Regular - NSIAgn P375.00 P450.00 - igM, igg (Immuno Globulin M, Immuno Globulin G) 350.00 400.00 - igMigG Combined 750.00 850.00 SECTION 3.
